There’s a street light on a utility pole that is above the north east corner of the basketball courts of the building and trades park that has had a pine tree grow up around it. The light appears to be broken/nonfunctioning. It would be nice to have a functioning light(s) on the court.
Light on the basketball courts is broken. Would be awesome if there were more lights too. My friends and I play here and with the days getting shorter it would be great to be able to play in the evenings.
With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. It would be nice if they swung through occasionally while the construction is going on.
There are three (3) dead trees that we believe are located on the Building & Trades Park property that we would like to see removed because of their potential danger to our building. Please let us know how this is assessed. Thank you
Water has been pouring onto the front yard of our office through a large crack in the concrete retaining wall at the east side of Building Trades park. This has been on-going over the entire day. We have not observed this happening after a rain event in the past.
There is a tree that seems dead in front of our condo complex. According to the online tree information, this is a street tree, and it is number 30477. We are interested to know if the tree will be removed? And if we have an option of weighing in on a replacement tree? We would love to have another tree planted. Thank you for your time!
Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. The snow on the B-line crossing the convention center parking lot alley is completely compacted to a sheet of ice. Can this be salted to be safer for bikers and pedestrians?
The water fountain on the B-Line between 4th and 5th Streets is not operational.
