Trash bins left in neighborhood intersection for weeks and the trash or recycling isn’t being picked up. Bins are overflowing and the trash collectors are not picking it up on Tuesdays pickup. The owner of the bins at 1401 leaves them in the intersection full while trash and debris is blown around the neighborhood. The children report it smelling terrible and it looks awful.
I have a charge on my checking account for $104 from Bloomington Sanitation department. I am not located in Bloomington, and believe this charge (or charges) to be in error.
I have been charged for 2 large pickup items and I have only lived here for 2 months and I haven’t had any large items put out with trash other than a box that didn’t fit in recycling bin.

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. Please, please, please, help me find out when we need to set out the recycling without my having to buy stupid Word to download a copy of the magnet the City never sent us. At least they didn't ask for my credit card number or I'd be really, really mad.
Sanitation website says all forms of styrofoam and milk cartons (waxy coating) are non-recyclable but our City recycling cart says that both may be recycled. Can you tell me which is correct? Also, the weblink for emailing Sanitation on the sanitation page is broken. Thank you, Perry Metz
Trash bin is routinely not completely emptied- only half emptied today! The robot arm system is not thorough.
Could you please send a sanitation crew over to pick up my recycling at 1006 W Countryside Lane. It was at the curb yesterday (my scheduled day) for pickup and they did not collect it.
The sanitation crews who collect our trash consistently leave garbage that they drop while collecting bins in our yard.
