Good morning.....we are on Monday A schedule pick up. today we had some moving boxes, that were flattened and standing beside the recycling bin, and unfortunately our recycling service did not pick up the boxes. they would not fit inside the bin, due to the measurements of the box. If these won't fit inside the bin, do I have to schedule a large pick up and have them picked up by trash and not recycle them? our address is 709 S. clifton Avenue, bloomington, 47401. Please let me know how to proceed. I would like to recycle the boxes. thank you...Tammy Chatham

This morning we had trash pick-up and I also had two cans with yard waste. I happened to see that the sanitation workers emptied our neighbor's and our yard waste into the trash truck. Why is that? I was shocked to see that happen.

Not a huge deal so long as it doesn't keep happening but only half of my cart was dumped in Park ridge East this week. (Trash, recycling was fine) Are they using automatic grabbers now? Please try to make sure it comes out of the can! Thank you

I live on a corner lot and always bring trash to the "front" for collection. Would it be fine to leave it on the side yard instead since a street is there too for pickup? It's a much shorter drag of the bins there. Thank you.

It would be useful, and I think easier for the sanitation department, to have an online form to request large item pick up, rather than having to call in. I was hoping to have a large item of trash picked up with my regular trash today, Monday. I called this past Friday, not realizing the sanitation department was closed on Fridays. They called me back today (Monday) and left a message. By the time I was able to call back, it was too late for anybody to pick up the item, so I have to wait until next week.

I called last Friday and reported that my recycling was never picked up and I was told to leave it by the curb and it would be a day or so before you would get to it.. As of today it is still in the front of my house full to the top so I guess it will not be picked up until tomorrow which is the usual day for pick up. I need a refund since I pay every month on my water bill for this service. Please have someone contact my. Thanks, Julie

Hi, I had a note from the sanitation crew that said my trash was too close too a vehicle (true) and had to be placed on the curb. I live at 419 S Highland Ave. The trash and recycling cans were on the sidewalk, as they always are, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to put them closer to the street? Also, they are very close to a car because it's the only place they can be put other than the street or the driveway (which is shared) so I'm not sure what I should do. Also, my yard waste wasn't picked up at all, so I'm in a bit of a quandary. I think very highly of the folks picking up the trash and recycling and want to do whatever I can to make it as easy as possible. I'm just not sure how to do that. Please advise. Our trash bin #0817008773 at 632 N College Ave has been stolen. Cedarview Management
