Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. I received no response to my inquiry on Jan 1, 2016, so I am resending: On the myBloomington City Services tool my address of 633 Bayberry Ct W both the Trash Day and Recycle Week is noted as “Not Available” and I never receive a Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule magnet. Collectors passed by our recycling containers this morning--managed to pick up our neighbors but missed ours. Tell them to look for the red containers with recycling logos on them sitting on curb. So glad my tax dollars go to pay for services that are not provided.

My recycling and paper recycling was not picked up today. I called twice, both times before dept. closed. First time, at about 11:46 or noon got a man, very nice; second time at 1:50 an answering machine. I'm told recycling is closed on Friday. For how long must I leave these two containers out for pickup? I finally called the Mayor's office, and Elizabeth filed a U-report. Naturally she was nice and very prompt in helping me.

Hello! I noticed that there are plenty of recycling options on Kirkwood, but almost none on the half right outside of the Sample Gates until you get to around FARM (I know because I had something to recycle and walked until I found a recycling bin). I think having a few more recycling options in this area would be helpful, especially considering all the recycling people might have coming out of places like Chipotle and the Pourhouse. I really hope you consider doing this!

For some reason my recycling was ignored this morning, even though the rest of the street was collected. No note was left, so I am in the dark. If there was a reason, I'd like to know it please. Thanks, Keith
