The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way is habitually negligent in the maintenance of their yard. Only mowed it once since I reported them 2 months ago. The back yard slope has not yet been mowed this year. On the south side of the house there is a small pile of brush that's been there for months that has a snake living in it. Please help. My daughter is afraid to play in the yard with so many places for wild animals to hide in their grass. This is an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. Thank you!

Sidewalk Snow Removal
2455 S Maston CT

The whole area in the Adam's Hill Farm Addition has blatant disregard for clearing sidewalks of snow. It is icy and dangerous for the school children within the "no bus service" walking to Summit Elementary, people walking their dogs and exercisers.
Trash

The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard.
614 West Allen
The yard looks like a junk yard.
The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure.
This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem.
Thank you
