Our neighbors have had a trailer of junk/trash in the front yard for weeks and it's attracting rats in our neighborhood.

There is even MORE trash in the back yard now! PLEASE PLEASE make them clean it up! This is directly and very negatively impacting our properties. I've send several complaints. This issue is costing me so much money at this point. Please do something.

Tonight I watched a man in a wheelchair try to get through the intersection of fourth and walnut, but the paths going into the street have not been cleared. Is this city property?

Excessive garbage on property. Resident stole my trash can while I was out of town. He filled it full of garbage and tried to hide it behind a cardboard box.
