There is an excessive amount of water flowing down South Fess down the street from my house. It has been flowing for at least 15 min now and appears to look like sewer water. It has not rained so it does not appear to be a result of that.

New group that lives in the house are constantly parking in yellow at the intersection causing a traffic hazard. This is already a difficult intersection to see.
My trash cart needs to be replaced, the lid has broken off and is missing and now one of the wheels has broken as well.
