I have seen this vehicle parked illegally in the entrance to the First Financial parking garage pretty much every single day (both mornings and evenings) for months now. In addition to being parked right in the entrance, they are always blocking the "Fire Alarm Panel" access which is of concern in the event of a fire. I do notice that the vehicle sometimes points east and sometimes west so it does seem to move but it is always right there in front of the fire alarm panel access.

Property in preoccupied, tenants have eight cars, some are routinely parked off property in alley, blocking it.

This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.
