The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. The overgrown yard is affecting the neighborhood's appearance, property values, and quality of life for residents. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.

It seems with the hospital construction that the speed limit signs (20MPH) coming onto E Discovery Pkwy from the bypass were never replaced. There is also a "children at play" sign way up on the hill by the childcare's fence, but there is nothing within driver view, near the road, that indicates this area should be slower and that children may be present. Could you please consider adding these signs for the safety of the children? People have been FLYING through there at 40+ MPH. Thank you.

I've noticed a lot of people walking from the apartment complex out to the main road on this street and I wanted to send a report to see if someone could either trim the foliage to ensure people can walk on the side of the road or if a sidewalk could be created down South Oakdale Drive to protect pedestrians. Traffic backs up all the way to fourth street and beyond as many people try to turn left onto East Third Street. Sometimes you can sit there for 10+ minutes if someone is attempting to turn left. Please consider making that stop sign a “No Left Turn” sign as well. There is a stop light just a block east that people can use to make the left turn onto East 3rd.

Botched pavement repair has caused a big dip over one side of the street. I think the property owner adjacent to the issue had a sewer line repair maybe?
