Piles of storm debris on both sides of driveway against curb.
Excessive build up of debris/belongings are piled up on porch and are unsightly; furniture exists on porch that is generally not intended for outdoor purposes.
Excessive Growth; unkempt shrubs/landscaping throughout entire front of property and growing through and over fence line into sidewalk. Main tree is over grown and needs to be pruned. Lawn needs cutting.
Large maple tree behind property (formally on 908 N. Walnut), has fallen into high voltage, primary distribution lines and snapped them. Tree remains suspended on remaining wires, broken ones are one the ground. All houses within a few blocks of this are now without electric service.
A big, white delivery van parks here often. It leaks oil and has created an oil patch on the street out front.
Honey locust in City ROW is stressed/diseased/dying. The Highpoint Neighborhood Association paid Less Huss to have this tree planted a few years ago. Is there something that can be done to save it? If a watering issue, neighbors can attend to that, but it's not clear if that is indeed the issue.
Yard is going to seed. Tenants moved out, landlord is never around.
Grass needs cutting
Garbage can(s) sitting on the road/sidewalk
Trash bin(s) left by street
