Subaru has been parked in same spot in 200 block of North Maple street for more than a week without being moved. Tire is going flat. Owner does not live on Maple street, but parks second car there in order to avoid purchasing proper parking permit for residential zone where they live (700 block of west Sixth st). Maple needs to be included in residential permit zone as it is the first street with no parking restrictions west of downtown. As a result, it is a catch-all for anyone living on or visiting adjoining blocks to the east adding congestion and difficulty of residents parking in front of their house.
Car is parked across my driveway. Address is 720 W 7th St. Garage is on Maple St. Car is blue Pontiac with bungie cord holding hood down.

Car at Firestone blocking sidewalk
Hi, Yesterday, I parked in the 4th St garage. The fee was only 25 cents, but the machine would not accept quarters, they kept dropping into the basket, so I inserted a one dollar bill. I didn't get any change back and the receipt says "short amount: $0.75, go to the operator for a refund". I know it's only 75 cents, but how do I get my 75 cents back? Thanks.
Abandoned vehicle at 1211 S. Walnut.
Meter display is illegible - can't tell when time will expire. zone 7682, COLS 106-A
There have been an unreasonable amount of cars without permits during the week that park all around my house, which is near 8th and park ave, and there have been numerous occasions where I cannot even find a place to park at all. But then I'll go down the street and look and I notice, 2/3 of the cars don't have permits. I realize I live near campus buildings which draws people to want to park close to classes, but I believe that if tickets start being given, especially for repeat offenders, then this issue will be solved. Thanks for your time, Travis Johnson.
