meter not functioning - cannot pay to park
The parking meter on the east side of College at the NE corner of 6th and College has a blank creek and appears to be dead.
Need Visitor Parking Permit. Lost it 4 months ago. Is there a way i can get a new one? Thanks, Ashish
On 12/3/15, I parked at a meter on Kirkwood in front of the library. I used my debit card and wanted to pay for three hours of parking. The meter would only give me one hour; it did not give me the option to add more time the way most of the meters do. I had to insert my card three times in order to get the desired amount of time, but I see that I was charged the 30 cent convenience fee each time. I don't know the meter number, but this is copied/pasted from my bank statement; I don't know if this will identify the specific meter at issue: Withdrawal PLATINUM DEBIT / CITY OF BLOOMINGTON BLOOMINGTON IN Date 12/03/15 0 5337028997 0 7523 %% Card 03 #6002 $1.30 12/04/2015 Withdrawal PLATINUM DEBIT / CITY OF BLOOMINGTON BLOOMINGTON IN Date 12/03/15 0 5337028996 0 7523 %% Card 03 #6002 $1.30 12/04/2015 Withdrawal PLATINUM DEBIT / CITY OF BLOOMINGTON BLOOMINGTON IN Date 12/03/15 0 5337028995 0 7523 %% Card 03 #6002 $1.30

Hi, I live just East of Woodlawn, and everyday I notice cars that are parked on 13th and 14th Street that do not have parking permits. Almost everyday there is a car parked on 14th, that is inches from the intersection of 14th and Forrest, which makes it absolutely impossible to see whether there is a car coming. Along 13th, there is always a long line of cars parked that makes it very difficult to see oncoming traffic. It would be one thing if these cars were supposed to be parking here, but they are not. Most of them, I see park here in the morning and walk to class, because they live far away and have realized that you are not enforcing parking permits in this area due to construction. Most, if not all of the construction workers park in an the grass, so all of the other cars are not theirs. I (and everyone who lives around here) would really appreciate it if you could come check it out once in awhile. Thanks!
