I got a ticket for parking in a yellow zone which I understand why I would get a ticket for that, but the paint was so chipped that you could barely see the yellow line and it was also late at night. This area is not well lit and I could not see that there was a yellow line.

Gold colored minivan, does not run, was pulled there by owner. Is in clear view, has been sitting there for numerous months, and has weeds growing up around it. It is, in fact, parked in the designated city street right of way.

I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge.
