The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. East Smith Ave, the portion of the road that 510 East Smith Ave resides on, is a non-residential parking area. This needs to be changed to a residential parking area ASAP. I come home from work with nowhere to park, because people going to bars and frats park there, and park horribly. If every other street around this stretch of East Smith Ave, and the rest of East Smith Ave is residential parking only, this portion should be as well. I am tired of people who don't live on the street leaving their horribly parked cars strewn about, causing severe parking issues. Make this portion of East Smith Ave residential parking only so this problem can be rectified. I know I am not the only resident who has an issue with the street parking on this stretch of road.

Morton Street between Kirkwood and 6th really needs some increased signage and monitoring for parking and vehicle behavior. Cars are parking in all manner of places, especially along the Smith-Holden building. Delivery trucks will regularly block the entire street, either stopping traffic altogether or forcing cars to find an illegal or unsafe way around. And I see plenty of vehicles going the wrong direction and exiting onto Kirkwood. Please consider some increased monitoring and enforcement in this area, and some clearly marked parking areas, lanes etc.
