There are two abandoned cars (Black Audi - 5165835) (Blue BMW - 916SAW) that have not moved since 1/4/2018 outside of my house. The Black Audi has a temporary plate on it that has expired.

(January 2017 or longer) This has been reported at least once before and there has been not change. Parking spots are hard to find in this area due to surrounding business.
