Residents at 203, keep parking in the alleyway behind our house and block our exit from our parking situation.

Not a huge deal but my neighbors park in the yard off the alley in the grass making it hard to use the alley which gets used a lot...they have designated parking behind their house but don’t use it...
1. Parking meter is comparable to every other parking meter in town. 2. Meter is clearly configured and marked to accept coins: coin slot, label stating “COINS” with an arrow plus a notice “INSERT VALID COINS ONLY” 3. Despite the clear labeling and configuration of the meter to accept coins, alternating digital display actually reveals “CARDS ONLY” 4. Someone using the meter puts money in, only to get nothing for it, and THEN discover that despite the labeling, this particular meter (unlike hundred of others like it all over town) DOES NOT ACCEPT COINS. 5. Not accepting cash is an equity issue. Not everyone carries a credit card around. 6. There is no reason to make this so utterly confusing. This problem of misleading labels on the meter about accepting coins but not actually delivering paid time to park seems to be either a scam, incompetence, or laziness.
Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. 6th and grant car on sidewalk
parking meter had jammed coin, about 2-4 spaces north from Kirkwood on east side of library
In reference to case number 161348. I still have not gotten a response and submitted on 9/28. This is a hinderance since I still do not have parking due to the discrepencies between your website and the map hanging in the parking dept. office.
Both Trades District Garage and 4th Street Garage charging do not work. Several business owners from out of town visited with their EVs and could not charge their vehicles while visiting downtown Bloomington. Our next meeting is in two weeks. Can you resolve this problem? I talked to EV Connect, and they stated there is nothing wrong with the hardware and the maintenance is a policy put in place by the City.
Blood droppings all over elevator.
Pass will not allow me enter or exit into garage. Charged me $11 dollars to get out today that I need refunded as well.
