Sent an email to Mr. Hickman. 20 of the 17 units are operational at this time and the EV Connect repair team is looking into the units that are not working properly.

Thank you for your recent ureport. I apologize if you or other users had any issues with our EV charging stations. After, looking into your concern there is currently 1 unit that serves two parking spaces in the Trades District Garage that is currently not operational and is being reviewed by the EV Connect repair team. There is also 1 unit (out of 2) not operational at the Morton Street garage. This unit is also under review as well by the EV Connect repair team. All other EV Charging stations are operational as of today at 4:30 pm which I verified with an EV Connect representative. We currently have 17 operational EV units and 3 non-operational units at this time. Below you will find a list of how many units are in each parking garage and their locations within the structure. Morton Street Garage: The entrance is located on Morton Street between 6th and 7th Street. There are 2 EV charging stations located on the 2nd floor with 2 parking spaces with 1 EV charging station per space. Walnut Street Garage: The entrance is located on Walnut Street between 7th and 8th Street. There are 2 EV charging stations located on the 2nd floor with 2 parking spaces with 1 EV charging station per space and are across from the elevator. Trades District Garage: The entrance is located on 10th Street off Rogers Street. Opened in May 2021. This garage offers 6 electric vehicle charging stations with 2 parking spaces each with 1 EV charging station per space. These stations are located on the first floor of the structure. 4th Street Garage: The entrance is located on 4th Street between Walnut Street and College Avenue. Reopened August 2021. This garage offers 10 electric vehicle charging stations with 2 parking spaces each with 1 EV charging station per space. These stations are located on various levels of the structure.
