Immediately following the installation of the new "NO PARKING" signs, vehicles are still parked in the road and directly in front of the signs. Vehicles that were not there when the signs were installed are now there and blocking safe passage on the road.
Regarding ticket #214527, you're saying this driver needs a sign to tell them not to double park in other cars that are parked in the right-or-way and close off the lane? Do I have that right? Am I free to park like this anywhere there isn't a sign explicitly forbidding it? It will make trips downtown much more efficient. This photo isn't from today, but this is the same position that the same car was in this morning. They park there all weekend most weekends.

Neighbors are parking next to their hvac system on the side of the house in a non spot that is on an unimproved surface. It blocks the public alley and hinders us from leaving our driveway.
