I submitted before and was told it wasn’t city tree but we’ve looked into who owns property \ woods behind house and it’s the Cities. Hi, with seasonal lighting on the square, this tree on the SW corner of Kirkwood and Walnut has broken branches tangled up with the wire from the lights. Its all over the tree, not just the one seen dangling in the photo. I assume this is a city tree and not CFC. It seems hazardous and will be unsightly when lit up. Thank you, Brad

I took my 5yr old daughter to the park restroom and there was a used syringe in the trash bin. It was out in the open laying on top. The bathroom was a wreck. I told her not to touch anything and not to use the bathroom. This is 2nd time in two weeks 2 different parks. We have to do something. Next time I experience this I will send photos to the Bloomingtonian and the local news. Maybe take the monolith money and spend it on some type of safety at these parks. Sincerely One pissed off Dad!!!

All street lights on the Polly Grimshaw Trail east of Pete Ellis appears to be burned out. I just walked this trail this morning around 7:30 and thank goodness I had a light!

Hi, I had a problem with my bicycle this morning (bad flat) and had to chain it a tree in the parking lot near Bryan Park., E. Southdowns Drive. I had to run to work to man a busy service desk. I don't think it is in the way of anything but I wanted to let you know. I will try to leave work early today and get it and wheel it back home. At worst, it will be removed by the end of the day. Apologies, I didn't want to let you think that I had dumped it there.

You have sent me the same generic message twice now. I guess until some 5 year old gets stuck by one of these dirty needles, there will be no action. Atleast put some dirty needle cans somewhere then. But thanks again for the same message. You truly don't give a shit..thanks again
