Many of humans at the Ferguson Dog Park do not know how to use the T-valve to turn on the water, or that spray will cool and clean their dog.
Please post instructions, or use a magic marker to point the way.

The path surrounding the parking lot of the Winslow Sports Complex needs to be repaved.
It is worn to the nub, cracked and uneven. It is a hazard to elderly and infirm people (of whom I am one). I walk there every day, several times a day. There are many of us who do this. During baseball games, there are also many parents and grandparents who have to walk this path.
You are just waiting for a lawsuit if this goes unrepaired.
Thank you.

I wanted to ask the city to consider re-repairing the section of the Rails to Trails trail between the roundabout near Church Lane and Country Club road.
Whoever attempted to "repair" that section several weeks ago either did not know what they were doing or did not care. I actually watched them put the initial layer of loose gravel down and it was obvious that the workers had never done that kind of thing before on a trail.
The loose gravel used to "repair" some low spots has become a "death trap" for unsuspecting bikers. I am an experienced biker and almost went down on my mountain bike.
An attempt was made to cover this loose gravel with a mixture of crushed and packed limestone, but that has become a bumpy mess.
PLEASE get someone to properly repair this section before someone is seriously injured.

On August 21st, I reported a homeless camp at Wapehani Park. It was examined and reported back to me that the camp was on private property. I found this quite strange, because it is on a trail that has a difficulty marker at the beginning of the trail. It totally looks like the other trails in the park and there's absolutely no way to tell it's private property. At any rate, the homeless people have moved on and have left a large amount of trash in what I believe is the park. There are probably 15+ large bags worth of trash - clothes, books, pans, papers, etc. My original report was 165599. I really hope someone will look, because I really don't think what I'm describing is on private property. Thanks for your consideration!

I have requested in the past that the trees in the city tree plot desperately need to be trimmed. I'm not sure who does this but I have requested several times and no such luck on them getting trimmed.

This is about the Lake-Monroe.com website. Please send Lake Monroe a copy of this as soon as possible.
When will they get off of using Outlook Express and/or Windows Messenger?
Who all owns day, overnight, summer, and residential camps other than the YMCA, 4H, Salvation Army, Camp Fire Girls, Boy and Girl Scouts, and Religious Organizations?
What is that summer camp that starts with W close to Hoosier National Forest?
What all do people camp in other than cabins, tents, yurts, trailers and motorhomes?
What all are on the basis of a pavilion other than a gazebo, awning, canopy, and veranda?
Do you both have info about adult summer camps?
What are all of the rules of and to using since?

It looks like someone has driven some equipment down the paved trail that goes through Renwick subdivision next to Southeast Park, clearing out brush on each side. At first we were thinking it was to aid construction of the unfinished houses down there (with a really dangerous culvert, but that's another issue) but it continues past that site. We thought someone might be clearing out the invasive honeysuckle, but it seemed awfully haphazard for that; there are several small trees that are broken and damaged. They could be widening the trail, but there's no need for that. I think the trail itself belongs to the Parks Foundation. Do you know what is going on down there? Thanks!
