walking path behind 1001 E Winslow Dr. several broken limbs on city and my property, please have them removed, they have been there since Spring!

There have been people camping in the park for the past five days.
I'm going to start a weekly inquiry for when the Switchyard Skatepark lights are going to be fixed. There are still many bulbs out and there are plenty of dark spots so skating past sundown becomes dangerous, despite lots of people still skating around that time.
The city trees on our block(s)(in the Sweetbriar subdivision of Winslow Farms) have many dead branches that cover the street. We worry those dead branches will fall on a car.
Homeless people leaving debris against our building(Mural Wall) Also Patrons of people's park have been urinating by our dumpster (we have witnessed) and the corner where our mural wall ends and your fence begins. We have been bleaching the our property to remove the urine smell. We have also witness a few health events from the park patrons and where ambulances have been called. I would also suggest locking up the power outlet at the North end of the park because patrons of the park have been camping out re-charging their cell phones
I live close to Summit Elementary and there is a lot of loud music with heavy bass going on today at RCA Park. Also tons of dogs barking constantly. I don’t live too close, so I’m surprised I can hear anything at all. That’s how loud it is.
The RCA park shelter house has become a place for parties of hundreds of people with a lot of alcohol consumed by underage people. I thought alcohol was not allowed by private groups in city parks. They make a lot of noise, litter, and take all parking spaces. Why is the city abandoning the people’s parks? They are gearing up now.
On the north side of Cottage Grove, east of Indiana Ave, there is poison ivy on one of the trees in the tree plot. It is on one the trees a little further east than the parking information sign.
