Every Saturday, a group of basketball players bring in an amplifier to the gym and blast music which contains offensive language. Several people have complained to front desk personnel, asking them to tell the players to turn the music down, which can be heard everywhere on the main floor of the facility. Unfortunately, no TLRC facility staff members have been able to do anything about this issue. Children are subjected to songs which include the words "f*ck" "rape" "n*gger" etc. Because nothing had been done about it by the staff, someone approached a member of the basketball group and politely asked them if they could turn the music down. A member of the group verbally assaulted and intimidated the person causing the person to leave the facility because they were so upset and felt threatened by the response of the basketball player. I would like to ask if a rule could be added to the facility that no one is to play personal music that can be heard by others while inside the TLRC. Thank you for your consideration of this request. I have been a member for several years and know people who use the TLRC frequently. When I am there on Saturdays, many people complain but no one says anything for fear of retaliation or lack of action by staff. Thank you very much for your consideration of our request.

This mileage sign at top for people walking northwest on Clear Creek Trail is nearly unreadable and incorrect. Needs replacement. It barely says 1 mile from Tapp Road roundabout. It is actually 1 mile from the CCT/Bloomington Rail Trail intersection roundabout. The bottom sign is pretty worn as well.

The button for the dog water fountain is sticky. I've walked past it a couple times and water is trickling out of the lower bowl. If I push the button a couple times it gets unstuck and the water stops.

So what is the difference in red vs yellow curb paint? Is red paint even in the code? I never see any of the parking rules enforced at the TLRC, people park of the grass and places they shouldn’t. It is ok because it is a tournament, which is a bunch bs. Members and taxpayers Probally make up most of the revenue not the tournament

On the Renwick trail between Sare rd and a Renwick Blvd there's a bunch of trash including a knife at the Sare rd end of the trail

Oak trees on street in front of house hang over sidewalk so pedestrians have to duck. One tree was also hit by a truck this week and a branch is now hanging down and obstructing the street.

The gate pin and hinge is made so you can't swing through. The pin is almost out and it won't fit back in. Needs repaired.

There are currently no no-smoking signs in the Upper Cascades park. My wife and I were there with our 1 year old daughter last Monday or Tuesday, and were unable to use the swings as two childless adults were smoking on the swing set and declined to move. Can prominent signage be placed to indicate the park/park system is smoke free? I would also update the park rules to be more layman friendly, as they primarily reference federal, state, and city codes (found here https://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=7722). The transition here from the street (Sycamore Ct) to the side path running down to the South East Park Tennis courts is covered in a giant pothole and crumbling asphalt. This is very difficult to navigate with a stroller, and slightly treacherous if just walking on foot. Could this be repaired please? It's been in bad shape for several years now, and keeps getting worse.
