It is great to see that Public Works is currently installing ADA-compliant ramps between E 2nd Street and High Street. Is it also part of ADA compliance to complete the missing sidewalk to the west of 2000 E 2nd St?

This wall has been across the sidewalk for TWO MONTHS now. The property is owned by J.R.R. Management (in Indy) and they have not cleaned this up. My partner had to move it out of my driveway to park my car. This barely makes the sidewalk wide enough for wheelchairs. There is also glass all along this sidewalk and it needs to be swept. I am disabled and can't do this myself.
A large stone from a wall is blocking the sidewalk on 8th Street just east of College.

If streets division was really involved then i doubly appreciate what may be a watershed moment for Bloomington sidewalks! So I'm sorry to condescend on technique but when clearing a sidewalk, it's essential to walk along the outside edge and if anything makes you duck or squirm, you're not done yet (it is a lot of work, i know). I'm 5'10 and this branch completely blocks my way along about a third of the walkway. This is a 5' monolithic sidewalk along a busy road. We need the full width. Thanks!
These people have spreaded their leaves all over the sidewalk instead of putting them on the street and they get in peoples shoes and make them uncomfortable

The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
