North Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street has no sidewalk at all on the west side of the street and several places on the east side that also do not have a sidewalk. This forces people to walk in the middle of the street. Lately, there have been times in the evening when there are *many* people walking (stumbling) down the street, all probably en route to/from "The Standard". These are people who cross the railroad tracks through the vandalize security fence there. If the City is not going to prevent people from crossing the railroad in the dark and over rocks and difficult terrain by putting up some sort of impermeable wall at 13th/Dunn, at least they could provide a functional sidewalk for intoxicated students to walk on. To make things worse, the street lamp at 11th/Dunn is burned out so on top of having to walk in the middle of the street it is also almost pitch black there. And this is all complicated by the fact that so many people at night drive the wrong way down Dunn and 11th Street, both of which are one-way streets.

At the end of the very nice protected bike lane on 3rd Street, buses pull over into the unprotected lane to pick up passengers at this stop, forcing bikers either to stop and wait for the bus again, take their chances on going into traffic and around, or jumping up on the sidewalk. Please ask the buses to either stop in the car lane or extend the protected lane through this bus stop.

There is no sidewalk on the south side of the street from the intersection down the block. Children walk home from the boys and girls club down the street and it would be safer if there were a sidewalk. Thank you.

Sidewalk ends at my property (4151) and west to Smith road. Unsafe for pedestrians to be in the "walking" or "bike path" on this road. Unsafe for drivers. Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road.
