'Foster Parents Needed' sign at 3100 John Hinkle Pl in the grass next to the road.
'Foster Parents Needed' sign at 3100 John Hinkle Pl in the grass next to the road.
Tire barn west side has banners up all along side of building
"New Park Doral Apartments" sign in the grass at Colstone Square in the ROW at S Dunn, near the intersection with E Third Street.
'Express Hiring' sign in the grass at the corner (Longhorn) at the intersection of E Second Street and College Mall Rd.
'Bloomington Windows and ....' sign at 1700 S Highland Ave, near the corner of E Thornton Dr., in the ROW.
New bicycle sign completely blocks the line of sight for oncoming traffic in both lanes. You need to pull out so far to see around the sign, you are already in the travel lane. Bicycle station sign needs to be turned the other direction parallel to Dunn street, removed, or lowered so that it does not block line of sight.
People daily continue to zip through stop signs going north and south at Smith and Morningside. It is dangerous. PLEASE can the City add flashing lights to the stop signs at least the Smith ones, paint the crosswalks back and/or something to help enforce people properly stopping there . Thank you!!
What is the plan to address the literal impassability of 10th street across campus during the day? It is insane the City allows that road block to continue. Any what is the plan to overall approve east west vehicle traffic across town? Ideally multilane options. Again, insane. Would actively recommend not moving to or working in Bloomington due to traffic problems here. I love Bloomington promotes walking, biking, scooters, etc. But the solution is not making life hell for drivers often limited in options. Someone needs to get their act together. This is not ok.
The intersection of Moore's Pike and Smith Road is dangerous coming towards the intersection going north on Smith Road. There needs to be a stop ahead sign put out. During Winter we have cars drive into our front yard close to our house from having to slam on breaks to avoid a collision.
Turning left from 11th street to North Walnut. In order to see the south to north traffic on North Walnut it is necessary to edge out into North Walnut in order to see traffic. Cars that are turning left can usually get around your car if you are turning left, however, today a city bus was turning left, there was a car behind me, so I couldn't back up, I tried to move to the right but that didn't work but finally I did back up so he was able to get around me. Therefore, something needs to be done to improve the visibility of the traffic at that corner.
