The grassy area in between the sidewalk & street in front of 521 W. Kirkwood has several sinkholes. It is hazardous for people waiting for the bus. Who is responsible for filling these in--the city or the property owner Tom Gallagher? If it's the city, which dept? Don't know of there are pipes under that area.Thanks.

Is there any talks among city staff about this block on 4th street? Sidewalk on the south side has many spots of being un level due to tree roots while also missing bricks. The road really needs to be paved and have parking line painted in road so cars aren’t double parking at meters. Curbs need to be painted. Do I need to continue? Please go check for yourself and see what I mean. Bloomington starting to become a small version of Indy. Sincerely, IU student.

Hi there, I am living at 311 E. 10th street and to the east of the house, is a public alley road for cars to drive back to the parking lots behind the houses in that vicinity. Over the past few months, we have seen increase sizes of the existing potholes that were there probably from last winter or just erosion over time. This alley way is a gravel drive so as cars continue to drive on it, the potholes get bigger and deeper. I was seeing if there is a possibility before the winter to get the holes filled in with asphalt or gravel to prevent our sedans from bottoming out and scraping the ground with our cars. I know that this alley road is a popular road for the tenants that live within a few houses of the alley because it is one of the main access points to the parking lot in the back of the houses. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to even see if it is possible to accomplish before the first snow fall this year. E 5th Street needs to be repaved. It is beyond just patching potholes. It is dangerous to walk on because the pavement is broken on both sides of the streets. The city will not prioritize a sidewalk, so pedestrians must share the road with cars and bikes. Please look at the include photo and tell me that it can be repaved!
