I understand cutting homeowners slack at times, but please make this commercial property owner fix this to be accessible to wheelchairs and comparable again. Hi, we're getting large potholes in Highland Ave north of 1st and south of University at the entrance to the alleyway. Also, I believe the city takes care of the sidewalk/entrance to the alleyway itself, which has also deteriorated in the years since it was last repaired. (I had called the city and watched it repaired.)

Sidewalk is raised about 5-6 inches by tree root, making it dangerous for pedestrians and individuals with walkers or wheelchairs. This is on the north side of East Canada drive at 2519.

This is actually a "sidewalk" issue - the asphalt walkway that passes under the 10th St viaduct has a small but very deep (feet?) pothole in it - it could break someone's leg or ankle if they stepped into it. The hole is just north of the bridge itself.
