Street name signs atop stop sign at corner of 800 Block of University Dr and Woodlawn are bent and sagging until completely vertical. Difficult or impossible to read while in a car.

The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. The traffic lights on north-bound Eagleson Avenue between Atwater Ave and 3rd St are mis-timed/out-of-sync. Given the commercial activity that exists within this corridor (Village Pantry/Soma Coffee, etc.) it is absolutely critical that north/south traffic flows easily. City buses, delivery vehicles, and street parking all combine to make this one of the more difficult corridors to navigate. Currently, the Eagleson/3rd St traffic light holds northbound traffic for too long, not allowing the traffic that had been held at Eagleson/Atwater to clear.
