Other: The traffic lights on north-bound Eagleson Avenue between Atwater Ave and 3rd St are mis-timed/out-of-sync. Given the commercial activity that exists within this corridor (Village Pantry/Soma Coffee, etc.) it is absolutely critical that north/south traffic flows easily. City buses, delivery vehicles, and street parking all combine to make this one of the more difficult corridors to navigate. Currently, the Eagleson/3rd St traffic light holds northbound traffic for too long, not allowing the traffic that had been held at Eagleson/Atwater to clear.
Time is set up for East/West traffic on Atwater and E 3rd street for Eagleson. Timing is correct for traffic flow.
