Illicit Discharge (Storm Sewers):

Other: It looks like there is a refrigerant leak from a rooftop unit on top of Dragon Express in Jordan Square at 3rd and Eagleson. The amount of discharge has been increasing throughout the week, coming out of the gutter and into the alley/street. Photo is northeast side of the building behind dragon express.
