Cheyenne, I have some context to add to this report. A fiber company struck a water line at this location and CBU had to come out to make an urgent repair. When I asked if the fiber company needed to make the final repair on the excavation I was informed by James Hall that CBU would make the temporary repair on the cut and that street would be out for the final repair. Ultimately, the fiber company will be charged for that work.
