A new walkway and rail was installed in 2020 along Rogers Road to make it safer for children to walk to school. Shortly after it was completed a tree fell and damaged the railing for a bridge which is about 15 feet above Jackson Creek. The tree was removed but the railing was not repaired, it was simply wrapped with caution tape. This may have been adequate temporarily but it has been left this way for over a year. This is unsafe and an eyesore. Can you please arrange to have this properly repaired?

The entire length of Sussex Drive, on both sides, is filled with spots where the edge of the roadway is crumbling into the gutter.
We don't have sidewalks on this road, and a lot of people end up walking along the edge of the road. The loose and crumbling asphalt is a real tripping hazard.
I started an attempt to clean up the loose asphalt, but I have no where to dispose of this.
I'd like to request that the loose asphalt be cleaned up, and the edges of the road patched up. To reiterate, the entire length of Sussex is in great need of attention.
Thank you!

Asphalt along edge of roadway (Sussex) is crumbling and falling into gutter. I've stacked up a pile of asphalt here in front of 2006 Sussex.
The resulting rough transition from the street to the gutter is in need of repair.

So when we have a 5 ft concrete sidewalk WE are responsible to clear it for the kids. As propertty owners. Then the city replaces it with 10 ft of asphalt, assuring us that we are no longer responsible for it. “We will take care of it, Parks and Rec will deal with it in a timely manner”. We get 0.7 inches of snow, the path is icy, and the city is nowhere to be seen. We have to clear the now TEN ft of path ourselves to avoid being sued. FU Hamiltlon! This is is less than an inch!

I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.
