The Street light bulb is out.

I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. Alleyway road is crumbled and impossible to drive on

There is a pot hole in the 800 bock of W 6th St. It should be patched before freezing weather ends access to hot asphalt.

We live on a one way street but there is only a one way sign on the main road entrance of the street. As a result of this, GPS navigation sends cars down the wrong way of the one way and this is incredibly dangerous. There needs to be a new sign put in on the other side of the street to stop this from happening.

This side walk has deteriorated so much it no longer exists besides rubble. I know it is the property owners responsibility but I am not sure who owns this property. Very bad trip hazard and would not allow me to upload picture
