There is a damaged sidewalk with a large crack and significantly uneven surfaces causing a tripping hazard. Many less severe problem spots on sidewalks in the neighborhood have been fixed in the last 1-2 years, but this one was not. Thank you for the attention.

At the intersection of E. 2nd St. and S. Woodlawn Ave., Westbound traffic is frequently running or failing to stop at the stop sign due to A tree obscuring the stop sign’s visibility. This is a school zone and there is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic , many of whom are wearing headphones, between the IU campus and Bryan Park.

There are two large potholes that continue to be annual problem on Mill Stone Ct. Although they have been filled and/or patched multiple times, they reoccur each year and are growing in size. Hello. My name is David Gonzalez. I live at 1318 S. Washington St. Tonight (Sunday), when my wife and I went to dinner I noticed a hole in the middle of the street directly in front of our house. The hole is about 6" wide and it looks like the hole is about 4" deep. I've tried to include 2 pictures of the hole which I took after dark tonight. Thank you.
