Happy New Year to all. Thanks for repairing all those potholes on Henderson so fast, street department! Alas, there was another one found today on Henderson, going down towards Bryan Park, right before the intersection with Hillside, near the bus stop on the east side of the street.
Entrance to Twin Lakes Rec Center on W Second is a patchwork of smaller and larger holes, which makes for a very bumpy entrance.
The traffic lights at 10th Street and the Bypass no longer operate the way they used to. Either the sensors no longer work, or the system has been set up in a manner that allows for particularly long waits for cars traveling east or west: left turn signals are triggered whether there are cars needing to turn left or not. The eastbound direction always gets the green light first, regardless of traffic. This always occurs, whether during rush hour or even on Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m. This very inefficient setup is not how they used to function. Why?
Pothole right in front of the entrance to the Poplars Garage on 6th street (near Runcible Spoon), before the intersection with Dunn.
Second and S Lincoln, in the intersection: pothole
In front of the dentist building at 351 S Lincoln: pothole
Leaves still need to be picked up in Tamarron
At least a 1 foot deep pothole, about 3 feet long, not very wide located on the far right side of 11th St. Heading east. Just before the church on the corner of 11th and Adams St. This pothole was large enough to pop my tire. Please consider fixing this soon since it is along the detour of 17th St. to and from the west side and this road experiences heavier traffic. Thank you!
