Please forward this praise to the appropriate dept: If we haven't thanked the appropriate department already, on behalf of Bloomington Transit I want to give an enormous thanks to all the staff responsible for clearing the roads so that BT's fixed route and BTaccess (disabled transport) could successfully maintain operations last week during the awful cold and snow. Our water bill is way higher than typical. I have looked for a running toilet and checked in the house for a water leak but I'm not finding anything. Is it possible that the leak could be outside?
