There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. This storm drain is full of debris. I have attempted to clean it out, but to no avail. The curb and pavement surrounding it are also deteriorating and probably contributing to the issue. This street sees a lot of stormwater and this drain backs up quite a bit during heavy rain... This photo was taken 1/30 with only very light precipitation. The adjacent storm ditch pipe may also be clogged? I hope this can be repaired soon (prior to spring). It has been in this condition for at least 4 years and multiple neighbors have voiced concerns in the past.

Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.
Since the storm Friday night, our toilets and sink are gurgling and not flushing well. We have a manhole in front of our house and another one next door at the corner of Rock Creek and Montclair. It seems like we have a clog from that storm. The neighbors across the street are having the same issue. Thank you.
