Graffiti in neighborhood along First St near Rose Ave, etc. This photo example is of a speed limit sign on Rose Ave between Maxwell and Dexter. Also the Street sign at Rose & Dexter is twisted.
There is graffiti all the way down the sidewalks on Smith Ave, between Lincoln and Henderson Streets. The graffiti says "FTP" and "F12" which means "F*ck the Police." I am a student and just moved in. I heard Bloomington is very welcoming, but this graffiti did not make me feel welcome. I hope it can be removed before classes start and more students come back.

Last night someone spray painted a large "Fuck You" on the side of the house. Also a mark on the stop sign. Also a penis on the road at Larkspur and Greentree. BPD was informed.
