I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. As of Monday morning at 8:30 am, no attempt has been made to clear snow from the sidewalks at and around the Indiana Railroad bridge over 11th street. In particular, there is a large snowbank blocking the southwest corner of 11th and Fairview (south of the bridge). This is not the only uncleared sidewalk in this area. However, I respectfully request that this location be made a priority for enforcement because (a) this is a well used pedestrian route, (b) this is a known dangerous intersection, (c) the property owner (Indiana Railroad) has a history of being slow to respond.
