Lawn weeds are very overgrown. And there's a pile of tree branches on south part of property been there for a couple weeks now.
Seem tenants moved out of this Pendragon Properties shit-rental because the landlords would not do anything about mold growing in the house. Imagine that.

Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.

the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.

There is is tons of junk, tires, trash behind garage, beside garage and house.
Also a lot of over growth of weeds, vines, on garage, around house. The back fence is falling and part has fallen. It’s no longer safe.
Just drive by..it’s hard to believe no one has done anything & it’s gotten so bad.

1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years.
They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)
