There is a homeless camp behind our subdivision, Shady Acres at 708 S.Cory Lane. They have been walking through here to access the main roads. Twice in the last week (since last trash day on Wed the 27th) I have found toilet paper in my yard with quite obviously fecal matter on it. I feel it has blown down the street after trash day. We are on good terms with our neighbors so I don’t feel this is purposeful. Just wondering if someone is not putting their trash into a trash bag? This is so disgusting and unsanitary. Please remind staff and residents that trash must be in tied bags. Thank you!

Re: 1709 E Circle Drive. Maybe it is time to remember the tenants that the broken office chair that they first had in front of their house for weeks, but then moved towards the neighbor house at 1805 Southdowns, will not magically disappear unless they call the Sanitation Department for an extra trash pickup.

My neighbor has been keeping a vacant property on W Kirkwood. Lots of junk and trash even old truck in back yard. It's a haven for rodents. He also has 3 vacant on Adams. The w Kirkwood property hasn't had anyone live their for over 10 years
There is a rental property at 1502 E. University Street whose owner is not maintaining the yard and the grass is excessively long in both front and back yard.
2634 E Spicewood Ct., Bloomington, In. Their property, especially the backyard is hurting the property values in our neighborhood. There appears to be excessive trash/junk/debris in the backyard. There are wood piles that may harbor snakes. We have children and are deeply concerned. The yard smells horrible. There are overgrown weeds. The exterior of the home must violate some sort of sanitation regulations. There is a shed in the backyard that is barely held together from my vantage point. It looks very dangerous. Their back sunroom room appears to be overcrowded as does their front porch. This has to be a fire danger/hazard. There is a junk vehicle in the driveway, which is only gravel. It appears to have four flat tires and expired plates. Please assist in keeping our neighborhood clean and respectable.
