South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. 400 Block S Jordan has heavy pedestrian traffic and many houses that have not cleared snow at all from sidewalk (403, 405, 409 S Jordan).

403, 405, 409 S Jordan - again, no snow clearance on the sidewalks of these rental homes. Other rental agencies in the block do a good job of clearing snow. This section of the block is heavily travelled by pedestrians and needs to be cleared. It stands out from the rest of the block that is cleared and is dangerous.

Trash left sitting out on curb at all times in the 500 block of S Highland Ave (between Hunter Ave and 2nd St on the east side of the street). Trash becomes scattered on the sidewalk. Attracting unwanted wildlife (raccoons, possums, skunks) in the area and is unpleasant to neighbors.

A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.

Residence has excessive trash on property. Bins are overflowing onto the sidewalk and driveway and spilling into the street. Loose trash regularly found on Allen Street.
