Large sections of the sidewalk at the N.E. intersection of S.College Mall Rd and E. Moores Pike is covered in soil and not usable after it rains, multiple mud pits force pedestrians on to soggy muddy grass. Very challenging for humans in wheelchairs or strollers. Also, brush has blocked sidewalk in areas.

Then around the corner the same property has allowed there evergreens the grow out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to get past.
