There are too many people coming east on the supposedly one-way part of Third Street, from Jackson going west. Monday I watched a car come at least two blocks traveling from west to east to turn onto Jackson Street. Please consider some one-way street signs from Jackson west to Buckner Street.
I feel that there should be a "No Turn on Red" sign at this intersection. When you travel east on 2nd Street and come to the light at Patterson, you cannot see to make a right turn (south) onto Patterson because of a wall on the northwest corner. In order to see, you have to enter half-way into the southbound lane of Patterson.
Why has the construction project on West 17th not been completed? Don't tell me it is behind schedule. I want specifics.
Since cross traffic is not permitted on 17th Street between College and Walnut and east of Walnut, it seems the traffic light signaling through its regular cycle is needless and leading to long backups on Walnut. At least make it flashing yellow.
My guess is you are aware that: (1) Driving west on 17th there is a small no left turn sign. (2) Drivers (to be kind) apparently aren't seeing the sign (surely they aren't ignoring it). Anyway, it is causing some big backups at times. I was there twice today and both times someone waited to turn left onto College. Not sure it is solveable, but hopefully there is something.
Can't see traffic/vehicles because of excessive overgrowth. You have to pull out in the street to see south bound traffic. Very dangerous
Pulling off if west 10th on to north adams street the visibility to the north is impossible to see. I have had numerous close calls trying to pull out off of 10th the trees and brush need to be cut back.
Stranded pedestrian: Sidewalk ends on both sides of the street going west on Rogers at the Stands. There was no signage for the lack of pedestrian access when I came out of Spicewood.
Picture Vs. Map = unrelated. The picture has relevance as that is what traffic is like on Tapp/Country Club at 3:40 - 5:45 on a Friday near to Rockport intersection. And NO, this keyboard has not disappeared, it is holding its own; = yeah. Randy 812-360-3600
