the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.

Unsafe walking conditions on sidewalk due to lack of snow and ice removal
No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.
Vegetation from the property to the north of the sidewalk is covering more than half of the sidewalk. Please remove the vegetation so it is a clear path.
