Follow-up Case #179422. "Good afternoon, sorry for the delay in response, I was unsure of who to send this type of case. Forwarding to Parking Services thank you" Two comments: 1) after several years and lots of scooter complaints (media, uReport, etc.) it's strange that it wasn't routine where to refer it 2) maybe that explains why not a single ticket has been for improperly parked scooters. Anyhow, I suggest that routine monitoring of sidewalks (downtown at least) be assigned to Parking Enforcement

I have added ebikes due to the increased use of them on the Bloomington Rail Trail and the increased size and speed of these vehicles. Someone was killed by a drunk driver and I can’t use my scooter anymore because the city is a bunch of idiots.
Drunk drivers are protected while cyclists, pedestrians, and scooter users are not.
