Meter number 88431501 is an irrigation meter that has been off since Oct. I have called on this meter before and it still shows daily usage. Can someone check it again to see why I am still showing water usage?

Walking by 419 Highland Street I have noticed water being discharged from a pipe leading from the house to the street. It appears to be intermittent so I suspect it is from the washing machine. Based on the staining and algae in the street I suspect that it has been going on for some time.

There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. I am requesting someone come take a look, identify the leak, and please fix the issue.
Thank you,
Brittney Raderstorf

Street drain water from Olcott Rd. has created a deep gully (~4 feet deep) along the property boundary of my home on Crandall Court. I'd be most grateful if I could get advice from the stormwater folks in the Bloomington Utilities Department. HELP! Ben Brabson, 812-332-6507 or by e-mail at brabson@indiana.edu

4021 E. Morningside Drive. Multiple faucets, shower heads, etc. started dripping this week. Seems like more than coincidence. Are there any pressure irregularities or other items in City water in our neighborhood that could be impacting my household? Thank you.

Sidewalk on south side of W 17th just east of tri north construction entrance covered with mud again. I can't overemphasize that the sidewalk itself is serving as a culvert to drain several acres and this problem will not go away on its own when the construction crews leave. I'll try to remember to come out here with a ruler when it rains next week to record the depth of the creek. Kids will be using this sidewalk to walk to school even on rainy days and their shoes should not be completely submerged!!
We are going to look into this today (5/17). We believe that a soil stockpile and a storm drain with inlet protection is not allowing water to flow into the storm drain. We are going to investigate again and see if we can identify the exact issue.
