So I've talked to you guys before about this issue how you guys have the timing for the traffic lights set up and of course you know you guys basically said all their set correctly but here's the issue all over town and multiple times a day I have to travel various places in town for my job. And you guys have the signaling set up to where you come to a stop at one red light and it goes green and the very second you arrived the next stoplight doing the speed limit it turns red it's really bad on West 3rd Street but specifically the portion of town that I have to drive through half dozen times a day from Miller Street to 2nd Street you literally have to stop every single traffic light because you guys have set the traffic signaling to make you stop at the red light. Having lived a lot of different places this is something that's very unique to Bloomington you know I'm sure you're going to tell me that's the way it's supposed to be which in turn means that you just wanted to turn people from driving but it's straight bullshit on a busy road like that that northbound traffic or southbound traffic you guys have it set that way West 3rd Street you literally have people having to stop in the intersection because you guys want to play games!! Yeah it's funny because when I called the mayor's office they acknowledged that the timings were messed up but said they would defer to you people

We moved into a new house in Hidden Meadow in May of this year, and after 6 months we still do not have a street sign. Our address is 5274 N Filbert Drive, Bloomington, 47404, our street name is N Filbert Dr. This is a safety and liability concern, if emergency vehicles – fire, ambulance, or police had to find one of the houses on our street, they would be unable to, especially since our street still doesn’t show up on Google maps. The thought of something bad happening to a member my family or to me and knowing that help might not find us is very unsettling. We’ve waited for 6 months and still no sign. I'm not sure who to contact, and whether it is the city, the planning department, or the developer who is responsible for street signs, but I'm hoping you can help me figure out who I can contact - if it isn't your office. IU Grounds employee found a 25 speed limit sign by bus stop on Fee Ln. Just the sign, no post. The sign can be picked up at 2222 E. 10th Street. Thanks Jill.

Post repaving work has not been completed. Westbound turn lane markings never completed. Low quality center lane markings have washed or worn away in 2 - 3 weeks, so west bound vehicles that should be turning south on Henderson, do not realize they are in a left turn lane ( no painted arrows) and attempt to continue west on Hillside, then cannot see any center lane markings, and nearly crash into cars on Hillside waiting to turn north on Henderson in that left turn lane. Can't believe BPD patrol officers or someone who works at 1981 S. Henderson has not noticed?

My husband and I were at the trail head parking lot and saw a woman go into the woods along the creek and then came out of the woods carrying a trap. Is this allowed? If so you should post signs warning people. A child or dog could easily slip into the woods and get injured.

I have been trying to obtain a copy of my police report. The process in order to do so is unreasonable for adults with full time employment. The office hours hours in order sign the paper to get my case report are typically unobtainable with my work hours and commute. Especially with everything related to COVID-19, there should be an option to submit the form online and make the request digitally. However, I would also like to mention that I am thankful for the work that the police department does to keep the community safe.

Three weeks ago, I was riding my bike west on 7th St in the bicycle lane as a car entered from Indiana Ave into the bike lane. I had to stop my bike and lift it over the curb to get around the car that was impeding both lanes of the bike lane. This is not my first experience with cars in the 7th St bike lane. Please install a post or bollard at the protected bicycle lane entrances to discourage cars from entering it. This is a simple, easy to install, and low cost solution. I don't understand why it wasn't installed in the first place.

More so after city employee David Parkhurst responded to my petitions as unfounded stating such water treatments standards are harmless and there is no difference between Calcium v/s Sodium fluoride. But then again he is amoung the fools who supported Huston South Project 2,154 acres of herbicide in the water shed for Lake Monroe
