Our neighbor in 630 E Ridge Crest Ct (in the building on the map, he is in the top left apartment facing the parking lot) has refused to put his German Shepard on a leash. This dog has ran at and attempted to attack our dog, and has ran at other dogs in the complex as well. We have complained to the management office, who said after the third time reporting to report to Animal Control next time we saw it, and to get a picture of it. He also has another German Shepard that was on leash at the time of the picture, but I have seen both of them off leash. I do not want to worry about a dog attack while walking my dog at my apartment.

I wrote you 4/13/21 case number 175422 and have received no action or contact since. I have written in about this 2 other times over a year. See below. There are end constructions signs all over the area from a project that was completed a year ago. I see them at the entrance to Winlsow Farm Drive, and at apartment houses on Henderson St and other locations. Some one has dropped the ball for a year. Please get the signs removed, they are unsightly. At this point if there is not actions soon, I'll resort to contacting the Mayors office and the newspaper. For the life of me I cant understand that there was not a schedule to pick up the signs.

This is only one of the dumpsters currently at the limestone crossing apartments. We have called the limestone crossing office multiple times the past 2 months regarding how disgusting the dumpster is, I myself am to scared to even walk in there to throw away trash out of fear of bed bugs possibly being in there from the furniture. I am unsure who to reach out to about this issue.

The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.

Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.

The pavement which used to be a through street years ago and is now a city-maintained alley needs to have its potholes filled. The parking lot behind Dr. Linda Figen's office at 413 Howe is owned by Dr. Figen and that lot is adjacent to the southern extent of the alley. It is the alley portion which is city-maintained which needs the attention. Area residents have confirmed with the city that this alley is city maintained when repairs are needed. Several potholes are deep and pose a hazard to vehicles using the alley to access Dr. Figen's business or the parking area for her neighbor to the east.

I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. Please note, I left a voicemail for this issue today, apologies for the redundancy. My name is Rachel, and I work for Mackie Properties in Bloomington. Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. I’m hoping there is something you may be able to do to help. Thank you for your time.
