Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .

About 20ft back from the southwest corner of 8th and Washington (between the street and the sidewalk) there is the bottom/stump of what was maybe a parking sign. If moving to the side to allow someone to pass on sidewalk or more likely someone getting out of the passenger side of a car could injure themselves, especially at night. Please remove or replace. Tree on the corner of Lincoln and the alley between First United Methodist church and Graduate hotel has several large dead limbs (widow makers) and one limb has dropped on the sidewalk missing a parked car.
There is a car completely blocking the sidewalk in the driveway at 3313 S Allendale Dr. It's positioned such that a person in a wheelchair or a parent with a stroller has to go uphill on the grass a bit to cross the driveway. The car has been there without moving at least since Christmas.
